Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Final sale items (if applicable)


Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the provided return address


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
